Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree in Community Psychology and Chemical Dependency Counseling through Saint Cloud State University in 2005. She proceeded to earn her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a Forensic Psychology Concentration. She volunteered to serve as Region 3 Governor for Minnesota Association of Resources for Recovery and Chemical Health (MARRCH) 2018-2020 while earning her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree through Saint Cloud State University. Sarah volunteered for a period of time with the education committee for MAMFT as well. Sarah then earned her Equine Business Management degree through the University of Minnesota Crookston in May of 2024-2026.

Sarah has a philanthropic foundation which is shown through various volunteering in the community. She loves to learn, be active in the community, garden, and spend time with her family and their animals. She draws from an eclectic background of trainings for integrative modalities that support growth and change; despite communication not always being easy. Sarah enjoys integrating her entrepreneurial mind through creation, development and continued growth of S.B. Consulting, LLC and Healing Companions, LLC.
