EMDR focuses on bilateral stimulation while recalling emotionally disturbing experiences, or traumas, that support a negative core belief. While processing, emotional distress is reduced with exploration of a new way to look at the negative core belief. An adaptive core belief will be installed, helping your overall functioning in daily life.

Throughout life, mistakes happen. Through therapy to meet conditions of probation, you get to explore areas of your life that you can improve to not only meet your conditions of probation, but to improve your overall life. A nonjudgemental space is provided for guidance, education, processing and accountability. A team approach is preferred, which offers you the ability to share your updates by having your agent partake in periodic appointments.
